Red Hot Chili Peppers End Two Year Hiatus
Posted by: | Comments
I really love the Red Hot Chili Peppers. No one in my humble opinion mixes, funk, punk, rock, and pop like them. My brother is such a huge Flea fan and I’ve loved John since “Mother’s Milk”. So after a two year hiatus its great to hear that they will be continuing on in October. On Billboard. com Chad Smith spoke of the coming back together.
Smith tells Billboard.com: “Everybody was like, ‘Y’know, I really like having this time off, not being a Chili Pepper and doing other things… It’ll be two years in September, so now we’re ready.
“You can’t force people to play when they don’t want to play or aren’t ready to play or whatever – not in our band, anyway.”
Time to be “Talkin’ ’bout my buddy’s funk it up fish bone!”

Seems while doing the show at Bonaroo…. Reznor had had enough. As a fan of the band and their awesome live shows I’m sorry to hear this. I really like NIN and think Trent is very talented musician. I hope he does continue to make music.
